Gintama Ep 27

YAPPARI OKITA-KUN WA KAWAIIYO!!!
WHY DOES OKITA-KUN GET ALL THE LOVE FROM THE ANIMATORS??? The animation quality in general for this episode was low but Okita-kun was looking great for most of the time. (,,,and in other episodes too)


Anyway this series has gotten quite boring lately(particularly from ep 25, where they changed the op and the ed) but this episode was better than the last two since Shinsengumi was somehow involved and there were some dramatic elements. Hopefully it will get better but I do have to admit that I've lost a bit of interest in this series. (but not completely)

I wish Rai takes the lead role instead of Ryusei! Anyway is Rai a tsundere too? ^O^
Anyway yeah, Rai is totally cool. Even though the quality of the animation is inconsistent, I'm still enjoying the series and I'll probably blog it once in a while depending on how much Rai goodness is there. (as well as my other anticipated characters)


Anyway this time, we have Ivis, Tsugumi, and Sley as guest characters. I doubt that they'll take important roles here since this series is basing on OG1 and not OG2.

Fall Season Impressions Part 2

Since I was supposed to post this loooooong time ago, I'll do it rather simple.

Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion


Pretty interesting so far. Lelouch is an interesting protagonist as many bloggers have mentioned and I like Clamp's character designs. Looking forward to watch more!


Yoake Mae Ruriiro na ~Crescent Love~


It's an okay series but the animation is quite bad starting from episode 2. The songs are good though. (,,,and Feena too ^O^) Not sure whether I should keep watching this one though.


Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge


Not bad as I heard. The art is kinda blah compare to the manga(I've checked the 1st volume before watching) but I really enjoy Watanabe Shinichirou's directions. (Very hilarious!)

Well, he doesn't look too bad actually. (but still not as good looking as in the manga) He looks better in the actualy show with Sakupyon's voice. >__<

Overall, this episode did a good job on introducing several new characters and some background info on Allen. But I'm kinda confused on how to spell Rinali's name.(is it Linalee?) Btw Allen's sensei is so scary, haha.

Anyway the next episode is where Allen goes on a mission with Kanda. So most likely I will blog this arc. ^__^

Fall Season Impressions Part 1

Pumpkin Scissors


It looks like an interesting series with an awesome op theme. ^O^ It kinda reminded me of FMA in terms of military characters. Alice is so cute and I rather like the idea of Oland x Alice pairing. (Oland is like a giant teddy bear awwwww >O<)


Kanon


I love it. The animation is gorgeous and it makes me feel nostalgic. I think this will become a great drama. Oh and yes, Ayu's uguu is too cute.


Super Robot Taisen OG ~Divine Wars~


It was a pretty good start. (...and yes, I have played the game) They kept most of the game story the same with a slight change. (but I'm not gonna go into any detail)
I'm looking forward to see how they manage to animate the rest. Anyway it was kinda surprising to see Quovre from SRW Alpha 3 to appear briefly in the beginning of the series.

In episode 25, we get a new op and a new ed, which was earlier than I expected. I don't really like the song as much as the 1st one but I rather like the animation. ^O^

3rd ending:


...MINNA HONKISUGI. ^__^;;;

The new ending animation kinda reminds me of Gundam SEED Destiny. (As expected from Sunrise -_^;) Anyway I really like the song as well as the animation. (<=especially the scene where Gintoki looks up and smiles ^O^) I definitely like the new ending better than the opening.

Death Note Ep 1

One fine day, there was a good boy named Light, who was unpleased with the fact that people rarely read his first name kanji correctly. ( 月 = Light )

...However,


He got into the world of Death Note.


"Look how many people's names I wrote already!" Said Light showing his note proudly to Ryuk.

"Yes, it IS yours" Said Ryuk.
'Ahaha he has lost it.' He whispered to himself.


Of course that can't be the real scripts. -_-' Anyway WOW I'm impressed with this anime adaptation of Death Note. Everything was made so intensely and the animation quality is awesome. Light@Miyano Mamoru was great too.(Although he sounds too much like Evil version of Tamaki -_-;;;) This should turn out to be a great series if they keep up with this quality and the intensity.
Anyway I'm so looking forward to hear L@Yamaguchi Kappei.

D.Gray-man Ep 1

From the opening. ^O^ Kanda is tsun tsun as ever. ^_^;

Well, the first episode basically covered everything from the first chapter of the manga. In fact the animation is pretty good and the opening is awesome. The ending is good too but I don't like it as much as the opening. The character design is not as bad as I thought BUT I still don't like the way Kanda is drawn. (It's like he's the only one who is poorly drawn which disappoints me as a Kanda fan T_T)

Allen@Kobayashi Sanae was better than I thought. I kinda wanted a male VA to voice Allen but I guess this is just fine. He's so cute, darn it. ^_^

Overall, it was a very good first episode and I'm looking forward to watch more. In the next episode, it looks like they are skipping the next two chapters and going straight to the Exorcist headquarter.
