Gurren Lagann!!!

Just as many bloggers have mentioned, I think this series is awesome. Episode 7 and 8 were superb(...and very sad; Kamina nooooo TOT) and this one definitely deserves to be my favourite series of this season. I wonder how Simon will change from now on now that Kamina(who was like his best friend and older brother for him...) is dead. I hope this series will get a happy and sadisfying ending.

I might blog this series once in a while from now on but since I'm really busy lately and I don't feel like blogging much now, I can't really guarantee it. Some other series I might blog(if I'm not too tired) in a next few weeks will be Naruto Shippuden(I'll definitely blog some episodes of this one), Gintama(I'll probably blog at least one epiosode in the upcoming arc), and Ookiku Furikabutte(may be?). However, they will be written in a very brief format and not as detail as my usual Bleach posts.

Bleach Ep 126

Hinamori almost became a good girl IF only she ended her talk after apologizing to Toushirou. Unfortunately, she dragged the story about Aizen and how they should help him, which disturbed poor Shiro-chan. (Sigh, she's hopeless) But Shiro-chan kawaissu! He sure is a good-looking kid. ^O^


Urahara threatens Renji to train with Sado. Haha.


Orihime visits the realm of vizards, which kinda provokes Kensei. Ichigo then explains the law of DBZ to her. (lol)


Meanwhile, Ryuuken recovers Uryuu's quincy power by striking an arrow to his chest. (Poor Uryuu-kun but now his quincy power's back!)


Anyway no Bleach anime next week(Noooo TOT). But I was happy with how this episode turned out. Oh and I thought the Shinigami Cup omake has ended but it still continued in this episode. (No more Arrancar Encyclopedia? That's kinda disappointing...)

The second part of The King and I
Kenpachi the Great awakes the King Ichigo's will to fight, which encourages him to crush the bad horsey boy Shirosaki.


Aizen's ambition gets revealed
Unfortunately, Aizen wants to be the next king of the sky by killing the king.

I love both Orihime's silly and serious sides. ^O^


Arrancar Encyclopedia begins after Shinigami Golden.
It seems like Shinigami Golden has ended and the new omake begins for Bleach anime. Haha, Gin was funny too. ^_^;;;

Bleach - The King and I


Act I - King Ichigo sees the dream
King Ichigo sees Byakuya and Kariya in the dream and fights them in 'WTF' manner.


Act II - King and Horse
Shirosaki the horse beats up King Ichigo because he does not want to carry a king who is weaker than him.

=,,,and so the play continues in the next episode...=



Lisa's spin bird kick was pretty cool. ,,,and Kensei gakkoiiyo Kensei!!! >O< I never thought Kensei was this cool when I was reading the manga. Well, it's probably Sugita-san who's making the character extra fine. ^O^


Yachiru kawaiiyo Yachiru!!! ,,,and Yachiru was so adorable in Shinigami Golden. ^O^


Anyway this episode managed to slow down the pace a little by adding Byakuya and Kariya as little illusions. Anyway what Kariya says in this episode is just another rule from DBZ. (Which is about stronger opponents keep coming and blah blah blah)
Anyway it looks like they are going to wrap up this King and Horse Act in the next episode. Once again, the animation quality was fantastic and I'm very pleased about this constant animation. ^O^

Spring 2007 New Animes Impressions - Part 5

8. Ookiku Furikabutte


I haven't watched any sports anime lately after Tenipuri but this one turns out to be a really good series. The direction is very smooth and I love the pastel-coloured animation. At first, I didn't quite like the character design but I really like it now. (Kawaii~ ^O^) Most of the characters seem friendly and interesting as well. Anyway I watched the first three episodes and I'm looking forward to watch more.
(Let's see if Mihashi-kun becomes da man ^_^;)
