Fall 2010 new animes

It's time for another batch of new animes. Although I haven't done postings like this for a while as I haven't been following a lot of series lately, I felt like posting about it again as it looks like this season will be a pretty good one. (Although it's a shame that Giant Killing ended... TOT)

Anyway here are what I'll be following/checking out this season (In alphabetical order):
Arakawa Under the Bridge x Bridge
Bakuman
Otome Youkai Zakuro
Star Driver
Super Robot Wars: The Inspector

Although there are a few more series that I would like to check out(e.g. Soredemo Machi wa Mawatteiru), I'll probably have to pick them up later on as I can't follow too many series at the same time any more. Of course my most anticipated series of the season is Bakuman. ^__^

Elliot Hearts chapter 51-53

Oh, Poor Elly... TOT

Haven't had postings on PH for a while but a lot of (crazy)things are happening in this series now... (Spoilers ahead)

- Lily, that %&$*#!!! Darn it, why did Reim had to fight this girl?

- Elliot's sister Vanessa gets killed as well (Nooooooooooooooo right in front of Elly too... TOT)

- Break suspects that Elliot is the headhunter but in the chapter 53, it is confirmed that he ISN'T (whew... but I have a feeling the headhunter is somehow related to Glenn Baskerville, who's soul probably resides in Elliot)

- Poor Elly is trying really hard to stay strong... TOT But Elly kawaiiyo Elly. >O<

- So those children from the orphanage including Philip made illegal contracts with the chain Humpty Dumpty, which is the real identity of the headhunter...

- I think Leo is the primary contractor of Humpty Dumpty but who knows... (You can NEVER guess what the hell's gonna happen in this series)

- Reim is...Dead??? Noooooooooooooooooooooooo he was my 3rd favorite in this series!!! TOT (2nd is Gilbert and 1st is...well, you know who)

- Now that Break is enraged at Reim's death, that b*tch Lily is in trouble (...as well as Fang who is with her)



Oh Reim... You were such a good man... I hope you are not dead...


My speculation is that what the headhunter's doing now is to awake Glenn's soul from Elliot. (Seeing how Elly's getting dizzy at the images of bloody scenes in his mind)

Reborn! character popularity result + the anime ends

Don't we just love Amano-sensei's color work? ^O^

Okay so the chapter 306 of Reborn!(from last week) contained the result of yet another character popularity contest and the result for #1-#20 goes like this:

I actually expected Tsuna to become #1 again due to his achievement in the Future arc but yeah Hibarin sure is really popular still. (Not that I'm complaining since he's my 2nd favorite in this series ^O^) Yamamoto made it pretty high this time but damn... Why is Ryohei so low? He's awesome, you know. ...and I'm so glad Fran made it into top 10 this time because he really deserves more love. ('cause he's epic LOL) But Amano-sensei,,, It would have been awesome if she drew all the characters that made into top 10 for the color spread... (Like Kubo-sensei once did for Bleach character rank)

...and Reborn anime ended this week with the episode 203. For the anime, I only watched some episodes(including the last batch of episodes) but I guess ending with the conclusion of the Future arc is for the best instead of going into a parade of fillers. I'm sure there will be a 2nd season of the anime or sequel OVA's.
