Gintama Ep 9

This one was another great episode that was focused on Hijikata's character development. (along with lots of funny moments) I did find the gags in the first half a bit repetitive because they added in like whole bunch of original stuff but the second half was just awesome. The art was superb and Hijikata-san looked extra handsome. >O< The flash back that showed the old days of shinsengumi and the scene after Gin-san cuts Hijikata-san's sword were my favourite scenes of this episode. (I liked Gin-san's speech on how he protects his own rule. Gakkoissu~ ^O^)

Lots of kawaii shots of Okita-kun this time for Okita fans. (unfortunately I'm not one of them; I do like anime Okita though ^O^)

Yeah! Even more Hijikata goodness than the previous episode. Hijikata-san, don't be so mean to poor Yamazaki-kun. -o-;;;
